Chair of the Higher Education Evaluation Committee selected

Professor Jouni Välijärvi from University of Jyväskylä was selected as chair of the Higher Education Evaluation Committee at the Evaluation Committee’s first meeting on 27 January 2015.  Rector Anneli Pirttilä from Saimaa University of Applied Sciences was selected as vice-chair. The term of office of the chair and vice chair is 27 January 2015 to 31 May 2018.

The Higher Education Evaluation Committee decides on project plans for the evaluations of HEIs, the composition of planning and review teams and the final results of the audits performed on the quality systems.
