Evaluation services subject to a fee

FINEEC also conducts evaluations and audits as a service subject to a fee. We support early childhood education and care, education and training providers as well as higher education institutions in developing their quality management and evaluation activities. The forms of services subject to a fee include learning outcome assessments, evaluations and audits in the field of education commissioned by a customer, accreditations offered to higher education institutions leading to a EUR-ACE quality label for degree programmes in engineering, and evaluations of education and training programmes in the maritime sector.

The services can also be provided at the international level. For example, FINEEC conducts audits of schools that follow the Finnish education model abroad.

FINEEC’s services are divided into two categories. The audits of higher education institutions’ quality systems are services subject to public Finnish law and their pricing is based on a Decree (160/2021). Other fee-paying services are priced on a commercial basis.
